Rosie the Riveter Rubber Duck
Rosie the Riveter Rubber Duck
Quackin' it up! Our Rosie the Riveter Rubber Duck is a work of art and iconic symbol of the feminist movement. The name and inspiration comes from the famous J. Howard Miller photo of 1942, "We Can Do It!", featuring the strong and confident Rosie in her jumpsuit. During WWII, Westinghouse Electric used this poster to motivate the women who worked in their factories. Rosie went on to become an emblem for the millions of brave women who stepped up to the challenge and helped win the war.
